Dear Linda,
I would first like to thank you for a job well done. I really appreciated all of your hard work and dedication in assisting Damon and I with finalizing the details of our wedding and reception. From the first time we met, you were ready, willing and able to assist in any way we needed.
I appreciated the fact that you were willing to meet with me in person prior to the wedding and that you gave me so many options to be sure that you and I kept in constant contact prior to our special day. You assisted with contacting our vendors in order to be sure that each one was there on the day of the wedding and prior to the ceremony. You also made sure our wedding accessories were delivered to the venue prior to our wedding date.
I “LOVE” the fact that you were willing to assist me with our favors and the wedding program… right down to the paper and ribbon. I think what helped the most was the fact that you directed the wedding rehearsal and the actual wedding. You came up with the detailed timeline for the day of the wedding that assisted us with being sure that everyone in our wedding party knew their duties and roles, and when and where they needed to be. You were even willing to pick me up from home so I didn’t have to drive. Also, let’s not forget the “Wedding Emergency Kit”. There were a few items on this list that came in handy.
Lastly, I will never forget at the end of the night when you left, you came back to the reception to let Damon and I know that our hotel was on fire and we would need to make alternative arrangements. It’s funny because the day was so perfect, it didn’t even matter. You were a part of one of the most important days of my life. I’m truly grateful for all that you’ve done. My wedding day was truly a dream come true. I’m extremely pleased that you were able to carry out every meticulous detail. I think your attention to detail is second to none.
